The L-shaped positioning piece is an accessory included in the pack of xTool F1. During batch processing, the L-shaped positioning piece can help you to place the material in the same position every time.
- Place the L-shaped positioning piece on the base of xTool F1 with its screws aligning with two threaded holes on the base. Then, tighten the screws by turning them clockwise.
Note: Ensure that the removable baseplate is installed on the base.
- Place the material on the baseplate, and align the upper left corner of the material with the concave corner of the L-shaped positioning piece.
- Close the protective enclosure and start processing the material.
Note: During laser processing, keep the protective enclosure closed or wear goggles that can shield lasers of 455 nm and 1064 nm wavelengths.
- After the processing task is finished, replace the processed material with a new material. Ensure that the upper left corner of the new material is aligned with the concave corner of the L-shaped positioning piece.
- Close the protective enclosure and start processing again by clicking Process again on XCS or double-press the knob on xTool F1.
Note 1:
Ensure that the new material is of the same type and thickness as the processed material. Otherwise, you must click Complete and return to the main page of XCS to reset the processing parameters.
Note 2:
During laser processing, keep the protective enclosure closed or wear goggles that can shield lasers of 455 nm and 1064 nm wavelengths.
- To achieve the same processing results on multiple identical materials, repeat Step 4 and Step 5.
