Last time I engraved cups didn't have this problem.  Now it won't frame the work area.  Click on Framing and it responds with “sending File Failed.  Try again later”

Rebooted XCS, rebooted S1.  Disconnected and reconnected S1 in XCS.  Installed update to XCS.  Nothing has made this failure go away.  

Problem is I am engraving a cup with a handle.  I NEED the framing feature to make sure there is no interference with the laser head and the handle.  

Any Ideas?
