I've had my laser for about a year. Within the past month, I have began experiencing some terrible quality cuts and engravings (see attached photos particularly the circle in the images).

What's interesting is there are some cuts that are perfect and turn out exactly as I want, where others are great. Nothing is changed on any setting (speed, power etc.) between cuts that are good and are bad. 

It's quite frustrating cutting something out, and trying multiple times to get it to come out “right”.

Has anybody seen anything like this before or know any potential troubleshooting steps?
