The array generated by Creative Space with my iPhone on my new S1 shows jagged lines at 200 and 300mm/sec, looks ok at 400 mm/sec. and gets jaggy again at 500 and 600 mm/sec. The vertical text quality is very poor. Email from tech support only gave me generic things to look into that do not appear to apply to a brand new unit with an array generated by the app. (The array is  55x55mm with power from 20-100% and speed 201-600 mm/sec). 

Please tell me that the quality is normally better than this and what may be causing the poor engraving (marking) quality. Thx!
