I installed the electrostatic mat today.  Because I have the riser base and honeycomb I didn’t realize the baseplate needs to be underneath. Would be nice to see that added to install instructions.

Now, have been trying for an hour or so to calibrate the mat.  

I could tell it was working and so I tested my hot pen which worked beautifully.

Can anyone direct me to solutions to calibrate?  I see it says contact customer support, but I can’t be the first person to have the issue.
