I’m trying to process some items that are slightly too tall using the baseplate so I’m attempting for the first time to use the riser base with the honeycomb panel. Each time I try to process I get an error message that the machine can’t detect the baseplate or riser base. I’ve looked all over google for solutions and tried everything the xtool site recommends, but nothing has worked. Anyone have suggestions of how to fix whatever I might be doing wrong?
