My unit failed to power up one day. to troubleshoot i was told to check voltage coming out of the company supplied adapter. The voltage coming out was 53 volts. The output voltage on the adapter says 24 volts. The tech and the troubleshooting guide says i need 13.6 volts coming out of the adapter. They sent me a new one ,took a week to get here. I have a new adapter with the same 24 volts written on it and the same 53 volt meter reading with it.  Looking for someone to confirm there adapter and the reading they get from it. I am starting to believe the techs have no idea.
