Hello everyone, I own an Xtool D1 Pro 20Watt laser engraver, I recently broke the aerial on the engraver, and when I reached out to our Australian Xtool dealer for some reason they asked me for my order number for the purchase of my Xtool D1 Pro, but it now seems as though that the Australian dealer cannot source or sell me replacement parts because I did not purchase my Xtool D1 Pro from them, figure that one out if you can, because I cant. So, I have tried to contact Xtool direct, but I wish you luck with that quest, what a frustrating two-day exercise that has been. Long story short I still haven't found a replacement aerial for my Xtool D1 Pro, do I now give up or is there a solution. Cheers
