Hello! When setting up a design in XCS for the slide extension, if my item is 3.5"tall and 5" wide, it is not cutting my whole image. I get a smaller half cut image. Say it is a rectangle, it is cutting three sides and it is shorter than what I need. (see example below)  Any solution to cut my whole image? Kind of useless if I can't cut or engrave longer items.  Thanks
