I got the F1 extension Tray with my F1 Laser machine in a bundle. I have been using the F1 for the last month. Everything is working great, Tonight I tried to install the extension and calibrate it according to the set up procedure, however when I press the next button on the screen the process starts and the tray moves to the left  and then stops and makes a grinding noise like when the D1 goes past the working area. The only way it stops is to hit next otherwise it the loud grinding continues. When you do it then moves back to the left at a fast rate. It then grinds and then and only then does the laser fire the line to align slide. I've noticed in this forum the solution offered by X tool is to send a new board and void warranty with that installation. Given the amount of money spent on this I would expect a better solution.
