I have been cutting on this tool for a week, and yesterday (6/12/24) the power to my tool started to be inconsistent, including engraving and scoring.  And now, tonight (6/13/24), this machine does not cut or score or engrave anything, it moves and turns on as if it is doing something but it does nothing on the board that is significant.  It will go through the motions, and if you really look there is VERY faint markings, however, it does not cut the board at all.  

I have cleaned my machine, adjusted settings (as much as my knowledge allows), checked for updates, updated my computer software, turned the machines off and back on, I have tried multiple other files and nothing seems to be changing the outcome. I am using 3mm birch 12x12 precut boards and I am not really cutting anything complex.  

Any ideas for further troubleshooting??
