Hello,

My D1 Pro was working fine about 5 days ago. I was away and nothing was touched, other than removing my laptop from the laser when I last finished with it. I was trying to do a material test array this morning and I noticed that the FRAME button was greyed out when I was trying to run the test. I have a small 4" x 4" piece of mohogony wood to print on. I go to process and nothing is available. All attempts to test the laser are greyed out. It won't let me press any button to test moving the laser.

I have unplugged the laser then plugged it back in. I have it connected via USB. I have disconnected the USB and then reconnected. I have rebooted the laptop. I have also installed the latest firmware update. I'm running Windows 11. 

I have also pressed the gold button on the D1 Pro and it flashes red when I press it. Nothing is working and the laser won't budge with framing or even running a process. No idea what to do next. Video link is included.
