Hi all, looking for any tips or something I'm missing before starting ticket….

Got my S1 today and got setup and plugged in, connected USB to computer and there is no connection, no power even. Doesn't even show that anything is plugged in to my computer USB. The power box is lit up green but no power at all. Anyone have similar experience or solution??
