Sorry for the duplicate question, I don't think my image uploaded.  I set up my D1 today, installed updated software and firmware, downloaded xTool Creative Space, tightened and loosened all the belts. I don't know what else to do. I get only straight lines trying to engrave HELLO, the attached picture is several attempts on both the front and back of the sample wood provided.
