I have attached a picture of the water level and the file being used, which has always worked fine.  P2.  I am getting two error messages:

• Water level too low.        It is not.  I have looked at it.  It is up to the neck of the bottle opening.  Not low.
• Sending file failed.           I have looked at your troubleshooting page for the S1 because I can find absolutely no page for the P2:
  • Reduce the file size.  Did that.  No change.
  • Use the USB Connection.  Did that.  No change.
  • Check the TF card – No idea on this because searching for this information brings up nothing for the P2 about Sending File Failed.
