I've only had this happen with two SVG files so far but no matter how small I size them down or reduce design complexity, these files won't process. Once I can get to the process screen, the framing works but once I click ‘Process’, it does nothing for 4-5 seconds and then pops up the following error:

File sending expectations

The file is not properly sent, causing the processing to be canceled. Fore more information, click Get help. 

Error Code ok: TMP_ERROR

The “Get help” button links to a 404 missing article page so that's not helpful. 

Per a Facebook recommendation, I've replaced the stock 4GB micro USB with a 32GB one and still no success. I always connect via USB and have latest software/fireware versions. I've also ran a couple of larger files successfully so I'm not sure what's going on.
