Hello,

  I just received my S1 (I also have a D1 Pro, so not a newbie) and created a Material Array with XCS. The project will engrave but will not cut. It goes through the engraving step, then moves to the cutting area, and although the laser is moving and I see the light, nothing is cut.  I tried lowering the focus also, but that didn't work either. I am using a 4mm piece of wood. Thank you, Janice
