I have used the print and blade cut so many times on my m1 machine. Is anyone else having an issue with not recognizing images. I receive two errors: processing not supported right now and no design elements are available on the canvas. But when I switch to laser flat, it recognizes the image and will engrave. I think this is a software issue not sure. I have also reinstalled the creative space software, still nothing. Please help someone.
