Hi all,

I'm having problems with my D1 dropping connection constantly when trying to frame a project in Lightburn. Have followed the procedures for adding the device into Lightburn. Have tried different cables.

USB settings on laptop are not in power saving mode. Light on the D1 is not on but fan still spinning.

This laser has hardly been used at all, and I'm getting pretty frustrated with it in all honesty.
