Im trying to engrave text into a wooden box using xtool extender.

framing works fine. but when i go to start the process "sending file failed. try again later" message appears.

IS THERE ANY SOLUTION?

TEXT IS IN LASERING AREA. EXTENDER IS WORKING. PURIFIER ON.
