I can manually move the laser with “Framing” from the computer so it is hooked up correctly with USB (and I tried with WiFi), but the crosshairs on the screen do not move along when the laser module moves. I have a riser base with the honeycomb. I have manually moved the laser module over my material (3mm basswood sample) to perform the auto-focus and it says, “automatic distance measurement can't be performed in this area.” Yes I read the one support article. It is nothing more than why it happened and does not have a solution. I know that it is out of frame. The software thinks the laser is out of the zone, but it isn't. The coordinates are stuck and will not move.
