I have the xtool S1. When I move the laser module, the crosshairs on creative space, don't move. They are staying in the upper left-hand corner; so I am unable to measure the distance. Error message; automatic distance measurement can't be performed in this area. I have gone out of creative space and back in but still not working. Any suggestions?
