When I enter a shape to score on wood, and when I press the button to frame, the laser head only travels up and down horizontally.   If I proceed with process and start it only scores a line from the top to the bottom horizontally?  The laser head does not move vertically from right to left or left to right.

Has anyone had this happen and is there a fix or do I need to send in a ticket to Xtool?
