xtool are not helping at all,so thought i would bring it here.

after 40 hrs use my ap2 was telling me i need new 1 and 2 filters,thought it was strange but brought them anyway,after 3hrs of cutting 2 and 3mm basswood it is telling me i need a new pre filter(1)all im getting from customer support is the usual clean this clean that run it in manual mode,done all the above but still getting the same issue,anyone have any ideas at im starting to lose my rag
