Hello I have the D1 pro and after doing the latest software update it wants to stop midway in the process of burning or cutting. I tried selecting a specific material to use and that seemed to be working but now it has does not seem to matter. It is also not burning straight lines and creating wiggles in lettering and lines. I have tried unplugging power sources and computer connection cables as well as wiring harness to the laser head and program board with no luck. I am at a standstill and would greatly appreciate any help you can offer as this is now stopping my business.
