Hi everyone, im super frustrated and i feel like i have tried everything they suggested online. My xtool will not connect to my computer anymore. It used to hook up and find automatically but now is says it cannot hook up and the device doesnt even show on the option box.

Can anyone help?  I have contacted customer support 3 times and no response yet. it have been over 2 weeks
