Recently purchased an xTool S1 after enjoying my D1 Pro as much as I did. After doing a few tests with the machine I decided to move onto my first project which was a series of simple lanterns. The pieces for the lanterns were spread over 4 files and 4 sheets of wood, separated by their bases and side panels.

All the bases cut out at the correct sizes and I had no issues but for some reason all the side panels cut out smaller than they were suppose to be so now they dont fit on the bases. I tested this again and for some reason XCS is scaling down these images and I have to resize them manually. 

Has anyone else seen this issue or know a way to prevent this happening again? Wood isnt very cheap these days. Thanks,
