Troubleshoot Path Deviations in Multi-Module Processing for xTool M1 Ultra

About inkjet printing in multi-module processing

  • When combining inkjet printing with other processing methods, the inkjet pattern size is increased by 1% compared to the actual processing size to ensure full coverage.
  • For example, if you process a 100*100 rectangle in the same location using multi-module processing mode (laser cutting and inkjet printing), with the inkjet printing pattern being 101*101mm to ensure full coverage of the cut rectangle with ink.

About errors in multi-module processing

  • When using multi-module processing with XCS, you may find different processing modes result in non-overlapping processing paths for the same pattern in the same position.
  • Taking Pic 1 as an example, the processing paths are misaligned, with significant errors, causing the inkjet pattern to not completely cover the other processing pattern.
  • If you encounter this situation, follow the instructions below to resolve the issue.
