Issue description
The conveyor belt experiences jerky hiccups during its operation or won't move at all.
#1 Adjust the pressure level
- Adjust the pressure level according to the cheat sheet below.
- Or, test and adjust the pressure to find the suitable level for the material.

#2 Fasten shaft-mounted rollers
- There are several rollers at the bottom of the conveyor feeder as shown below.
- Fasten the fixing screws on the rollers if you find them loose on the shaft.

#3 Fasten the timing gear
Test if the gear is loose.
- Make sure you've checked for any loose rollers in step #2.
- Press down hard on the roller to make the shaft unmovable.
- If the knob can be turned, the timing gear can be loose.

Follow the steps below to fasten it.
- Remove the screws in STEP 1 and STEP 2 below to remove the covers.
- Tighten the two screws of the timing gear as shown in STEP 3.

#4 Try lighter materials
- Theoretically, the maximum limit for processing is 30 kg. Please do not go over this limit.
- If the surface friction of the material is small, it will be harder for the conveyor feeder to transfer the material, so the limit will be less than 30kg.
If none of the above works
