Safety precautions
- The product can work only with xTool X1. Read and get familiar with all safety precautions and procedures about xTool X1 before using this product.
- Do not move or place this product on a slope.
- Do not use this product to move xTool X1 on uneven surfaces (such as a rocky road).
- Before using xTool X1 for processing, make sure that the ON positions of the four brake pedals on this product have been stepped on.
- To prevent rust, do not store or use this product in a humid environment.

Assembly and use
1. Place the columns as illustrated.
2. Place the four beams named beam A.
3. Place the two beams named beam B.
4. Place the two beams named beam C.
5. Secure the beams using screws.
6. Install the top-layer board brackets.
7. Install the large boards.
8. Install the middle-layer board brackets.
9. Install the small boards.
10. Install the caster wheels.
11. Rotate the stand 180 degrees.
12. Step on the ON positions of the four brake pedals to secure the stand.
13. (Optional) Install other boards on the middle or bottom layers of the stand to hold processing materials.
Install another board on the middle layer of the stand.
- Installation method 1:
(1) Remove the two small boards from the stand's middle layer. The figure shows the stand after removal.
(2) Install the prepared board (recommended dimensions: 470 mm × 970 mm × 12 mm). The final installation result is shown in the figure.
- Installation method 2:
(1) Remove the two small boards and the four board brackets from the stand's middle layer. The figure shows the stand after removal.
(2) Install four board brackets on the middle layer in the direction shown in the figure.
(3) Install the prepared board (recommended dimensions: 580 mm × 860 mm × 12 mm). The final installation result is shown in the figure.
Place a board on the bottom layer of the stand. The final placement result is shown below.
- Recommended board dimensions 1: 470 mm × 970 mm × 12 mm
- Recommended board dimensions 2: 580 mm × 860 mm × 12 mm
14. Place xTool X1 on the stand.
15. (Optional) To use xTool X1 Automatic Conveyor Feeder, the front and the rear cantilevers need to be installed on the stand.
(1) Install the front cantilevers.
(2) Install the rear cantilevers.
(3) Place xTool X1 with the automatic conveyor feeder installed onto the stand.
(4) Loosen the cantilever thumb screws. Move the cantilevers left and right to align them vertically with the conveyor rails of the automatic conveyor feeder, then tighten the screws.
