Issue description

When connecting xTool P2 to the automatic conveyor feeder, you may see the engraved results appear tilted, such as the horizontal and vertical lines of the engraved rectangle not perpendicular to each other.

#1 Check the X-axis gantry

• Refer to the article below to check if the X-axis gantry is misaligned and see what to do.

#2 Fasten the shaft-mounted rollers

• There are several rollers at the bottom of the conveyor feeder as shown below.
• Fasten the fixing screws on the rollers if you find them loose on the shaft.

#3 Check the placement of the material

• The placement of the material may affect the engraving result.
• Make sure the material on the feeder is placed perpendicularly to the P2 machine.
