xTool F1/F1 Lite Won't Power On
What you see
Occasionally, you may find that the machine fails to activate despite the power cable being connected and the power switch engaged. This issue may happen even with a newly acquired machine fresh out of the box. If you experience this issue, please refer to the subsequent steps for troubleshooting.
What to do
#1 Reset the stop switch
Upon initial receipt of the machine, the emergency stop switch may be in the triggered position, which, when connected to the power source and switched on, can prevent the machine from starting.
- If the emergency stop switch is triggered, it needs to be rotated to pop it out.
- Ensure the switch is in the off position, reconnect the power cord, and then turn on the switch to start the machine.
#2 Other things to pay attention
Please make sure the lens protector at the bottom of the laser module is removed. Otherwise, the blue laser will be blocked. For more knowledge on getting started with the machine, please see this video guide.
