Power-on

• Make sure the emergency stop switch is not pressed.

• Make sure the field lens protector is removed before processing.

Protective enclosure

The enclosure is connected to springs inside the machine and therefore has some give. Sometimes it may not close down entirely, leaving some gaps at the bottom. To make sure it's closed properly, move it all the way down. 

Note: It's recommended to use the handle at the front of the enclosure to move it up and down.
