I can't be the only one experiencing this issue?

First go into Settings and check that you have enabled Auto-snapping:

Then set the canvas zoom to (say) 400x and create a rectangle of any size.

Unlock the aspect ratio, and manually set the width and height to (say) 50mm.

It should look something like this:

Now set the X and Y position to (say) 30 and 50, to get this:

Now pick up and drag the shape and move it. It should snap, but it doesn't:

Have I misunderstood how Snap is supposed to work? Does anyone else have this issue?
