I've been using my xTool S1 laser engraver for the last year without issues. The past few days the Creative Space software has been nagging me about updating my firmware. I finally decided to let it today. It immediately displayed the message that update was successful, but the machine disconnected from the software and wouldn't reconnect. It just sits there dark with the light on the front flashing purple. 

I've tried turning the machine off and on, unplugging it, rebooting Creative Space, nothing works. The software in fact can't see the S1 at all over USB now. Anything else I can try?
