I hope someone in this forum can help me with this.

On Friday of last week my S1 20W laser stopped engraving and cutting.
I opened a ticket, and followed the instructions in a video to change the lens. After changing it, the laser's situation remained the same. I proceeded to clean the laser lens and my problem was not solved either. I've spent the whole weekend testing, and meticulously cleaning the laser again but it hasn't worked.  Is it possible that the laser has a fault? The laser only has 7 working hours
