I have a two month old S1 laser. I was using it yesterday and it suddenly banged up against the right rails and i hit the red emergency button to stop.

Now everytime I turn it on instead of going to be back left hand corner to the home position it goes there and then moved down about ¼ of the way down the honeycomb.  It will not let me set the focal distance, and if I try to mark a layout it only returns a very tiny little square in the upper left position of the workspace.

Any suggestions from anyone please?
