Has anyone come up with a clever way to keep notes in a project?  Best I can think of would be to just create a canvas and insert Text boxes but this is a bit clunky.  

Just figured I'd ask in case I was missing it somewhere.  Sure would be helpful if you could jot down notes for each project file.
