Hey Guys i got a question. I´m engraving Zippo Lighters with my logo. The main problem i got i use the same settings for all lighters (all are the same type) and get diffrent outcomes! The first lighter was perfect but the next ones were totaly diffrent! 

First i do blue light with 650 point duration / 100% power / 500DPI / 1 Pass / Jarvis and then i do Fiber with 700 point duration / 50% power / 500DPI /  1 Pass / Jarvis. 

Does anyone have the same problem and know how to fix it? I cant get a clean cleaning after my first lighter..
