Hi. I have this problem. When I trying to engrave tile using “Grayscale mode” and have black and white colors only. I have try xsc and lightburn software. All the same. Playing with power, speed. Laser not even trying do any shades. But also I have iSculp 5w laser and with that small machine I easily have perfect grayscale images on tile. Where is the problem in my hands or in laser head?
Why I am asking… Main what for I purchased this laser, to engrave lager size canvas and tiles, but seems it is not possible. Am I wrong?

S1 20 watt (Yes, paintind bad but in doesnt metter in this case)

And in XCS software I didnt found setting where to set min and max power for Grayscale mode. I have latest software version.
