I have a 40W D1 pro.  I am very much a newbie.  When I press start on the design sheet it takes me to a framingpage - but all the controls except the back button are greyed out.  The cutter has a white diode light and if the button is pressed a previous project. actions.  How do I clear out the old file and get it to accept a new file.
