Hi everyone! I'm new to the community and I just got a P2. I was really excited to use it but I get charring around the cuts and the sides are burnt (been mainly working with 3mm bass wood and cherry). I have tried different speeds and power %s using the material grid test, but in every case i get the burn marks regardless, even when the power is low enough to not be able to cut through. My understanding is that the P2 comes with an air-assist built in, right? Is this normal? Has anyone struggled with this? Is this a calibration issue? a focus issue? is it possible that the air-assist is not working (how can I check). Any help in troubleshooting and tips is greatly appreciated :) Thank you!
