Does anyone cleaned the first filter at the top ?

I used the wiki and did that how they desribed and thereafter the filter is still at the dirty level inside creative SW and some other bad things….smoke at the top and automatic mode does not work at all.

In between I had 3 different tickets open for the problem and always got an answer which is more then useless !

  1. answer: use the reset button inside the creative SW. Funny they didnt know their own SW. THERE IS NO BUTTON !!
  2. Switch off the AP2, wait 1 minute and power them on again.  REALLY ??  Same useless !
  3. disconnect the bluetooth and reconnect them. What you think does it helps ? NO !!!
  4. different phonecalls to get help and always the answer: expect help in 1-2 buisness days.
  5. 3 days later…no email no phonecall…congratulation XTOOL you underline your bad support level !!

Does anyone have the same experience with the AP2 and have some solution ?

Considering the expensive products that xTool sells and the substantial amount I have already purchased from them, their support is extremely ridiculous. I already own 2 lasers from xTool, but I will not buy any more devices from them, whatever they will announce in the future !
