Hoping someone can help me.  My husband moved my M1 ultra 20w laser 1 metre to another shelf and now it’s not working.  I am getting ready for my PS2s and F1 new machines coming.  It won’t connect to my computer via usb or wifi and although I have the Red Cross hair inside and lights there is no lights on the power button or elsewhere on the front on the machine.  I have attached photos showing above and have got him to run a multi meter on my power cord as you can see.  I have contacted support as per my screen shot attached.  I love love love, my xtool M1 and hope it’s a simple fix.  I’m hoping I’m not going to get the run around I see so many people get.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.
