Hi there, I am using an S1, I clean the laser before every mayor use but the problem I have, amongst other concerns, is that I get many defective engraving when doing tumblers. I use speed of 140 and 70% power with the chuck option but, for example, I got 18 tumblers with handles and 6 of them got defective engraving.

I have the RA2 pro and the machine is used outdoors for health concerns, there's no vibration but the engravings come defective.

My file looks perfect on the xtool app and I have the latest upgrades.

My first question is if the RA2 pro could be defective and not rolling properly.

I mean, out of 18, I got 6 defective and out of 50 without handles, I got 7 defective. My logos are messed up and/or the names are as if the image had the font too close together so it's ilegible, therefore it becomes a wasted tumbler.

Now I have to do the process to recover tumblers that I shouldn't have poorly engraved.
