Any experience with returns? My P2S is still not working a month after delivery.

Has anyone had any experiences with returns? I've been going back and forth with support for a month since setting up my P2S, and they've been friendly and prompt but the reality is that it was dead on arrival and I still don't have a working laser.

When I asked about getting a return, they made sure to let me know it was going to be a long, complex process to get my money back.

If anyone has experience with doing a return & advice, I'd love to hear about it.
