I'm trying to use the rotary chuck attachment on a large tumbler. on the measuring tape I received with the riser base there's a side that says when using the rotary attachment chuck you place it on the 2a level. Well, I have it set to that level and I keep getting the following error when I try to do the auto measure: "exceeded the upper distance limit. auto measure failed!". I made sure the red laser dot is on the highest point of the tumbler and the tumbler is leveled. The perimeter of the tumbler is 288mm according to the measuring tape Xtool provided. Should I move the base to a higher level?

I'm also having issues with aligning the tumbler to where the engraving line is in the software, and when I think I have it aligned and I do the close-up picture I'm way off. Does it matter if the bottle is not directly next to the verticle start line in the machine?
