Hey everyone,

I am hoping I am just missing something simple here.

So I placed my tumbler into the chuck accessory (first time using it). 

Made sure the laser dot is pointed at the highest point. 

I told the machine to Quick-Measure. (19.7mm). 

I told the machine the object is 225mm in perimeter mode. 

I placed my tray in slot 2. 

I lined up my vector image with the left side against the green line in XCS.

I measured the tumbler from where I wanted the image to start to where I wanted it to end. This was 95 x 95 mm.

I then resized my image to be 95x95 mm as well.

Proceeded to engrave, and the image turned out great, but its too big. 

The height is correct, at 95mm. The Width is what is off. (112mm) So its elongated. 

Is this something to do with the curvature of the tumbler? When I measured the tumbler's surface to figure out that my image needed to be 95mm wide, I did use a flexible measure tape.

If I am doing something wrong when measuring or inputting settings, please let me know. Appreciate the help!
