After doing a few test pieces to learn the machine and the XCS software I noticed that my machine seems very slow. I am doing an engrave at 400mm/sec and 15% power (160 lines per cm). Just the text alone is taking over 15 minutes. When I add the image it jumps to 32 minutes. I did the same thing on my D1 Pro 20w and its only taking 7 minutes including the main image.

The overall size of the piece is 8 x 8. But the engrave only takes up part of the work piece.

What could be the issue with the speed? I'm getting faster engraving on my D1 Pro.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
