I suspect my S1 isn't cutting properly as i must set power to 84% / 8 mm/s to cut cleanly through 3mm basswood without and pieces getting “stuck” with uncut edges. I also posted in another post about my lens being loose. It freely moves when I clean it and it goes up and down in the tube. In the picture it is “up” because i screwed it into this position, but when I open it to clean, it's all the way down in the tube.
